The Energy Ombudsman's role is to enquire into and investigate complaints about energy providers in Tasmania. If you have a complaint about:

Electricians, electrical contractors or suppliers of gas or electrical appliances

Including complaints about solar installations. Please contact Consumer, Building and Occupational Services (CBOS).

Energy pricing

Including tariff structures. Please contact the Office of the Tasmanian Economic Regulator.

LPG bottled gas
